Shipping and payment
We dispatch on business days in neutral packaging. A lyophilised powder needs no cold chain — explained below.

Dispatch
- Orders received on a business day are dispatched the next business day.
- Orders from Friday evening and the weekend go out on Monday.
- We will tell you by e-mail when it has been sent, including the tracking number.
Packaging
- Neutral packaging with no indication of the contents or the sender. There is nothing on the parcel from which the contents could be inferred.
- The vials are fixed in place so they cannot move inside the packaging.
- The parcel contains proof of purchase and the certificate of analysis for the batch supplied.
Why we do not ship refrigerated
People ask us this often, so we will put it plainly.
A lyophilised peptide does not need a cold chain over normal transit times.
Removing the water stabilises the substance — that is precisely why it is
lyophilised. A short-term rise in temperature during transport has no material
effect on its stability.
What matters is storage after delivery. The conditions for a given item are
on its page under the Storage tab. In practice: unreconstituted lyophilised
powder into the freezer, after reconstitution into the fridge, and protect it
from light.
The exceptions are items supplied as a solution (Lipo-C + B12, Bac Water) —
those are more sensitive and should be put away without delay after delivery.

Receiving the parcel
- Check that the packaging is intact when you take receipt.
- If the packaging is damaged we recommend refusing the parcel and having the damage recorded in the carrier's document.
- If you discover the damage only after taking receipt, tell us **within 24 hours** with photographs, including the shipping label. The procedure is in the Complaints procedure.
Delivery abroad

For delivery outside Slovakia the **buyer bears responsibility for complying
with the law in force at the place of delivery**, including the rules on
importing substances with pharmacological activity.
Notice about this document
The shipping and payment tables contain places marked [TO BE COMPLETED] — they
will be filled in once the carrier and the payment gateway are chosen. They
cannot stay empty when sales begin: the cost of shipping is information that
must be given before a contract is concluded.
